Flavor Boom! Is a New Fast-Food Concept Near Blvd & Bond
Flavor Boom! is offering a new approach to fast food, with slow-cooked cuisine and internationally inspired flavors. It’s meant to taste like a home-cooked meal on the go, and they’re succeeding based upon all the rave reviews they’re earning.
The menu lists two foundational options: rice bowls or sandwiches. The slow-cooked meats are featured in each option. If you love a good sandwich, try the red-glaze pork sandwich, which features pork shoulder braised in soy sauce. For the bowls, you’ll have a ton of tasty options to choose from. For seafood lovers, try the Supernova crab & scallop curry with Thai spices or the Spanish-inspired garlic paprika pulpo (octopus). For the land lovers, try the “Put the Lime in the Coconut” Chicken Mole or the Burgundy braised beef. There are options for vegetarians too! The Zoom Zoom Zaalouk features ribbons of roasted eggplant marinated in Moroccan spices with tomatoes and olive oil. No matter what you try, it’ll be a mouthwatering, internationally inspired experience.
